岗位职责:
• Help patients who have injuries or illnesses, improve their movementand manage their pain. Implement programs that improve mobility, relievepain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditionsresulting from disease or injury. The main focus is to correct, maintainand prevent future injuries.帮助受伤或患病的病人，改善运动能力并做疼痛管理。实施改善行动能力、减轻疼痛、增强力量、改善或纠正因疾病或受伤造成的受限情况。重点是纠正、维护和预防未来的伤害。
• Perform and document an initial exam, evaluating data to identifyproblems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention, inconsultation with physicians or by prescription. 执行并记录初步检查，评估数据以识别问题，并在干预前通过咨询医生或通过处方确定诊断
• Plan, prepare, or carry out individually designed programs of physicaltreatment to correct, maintain and prevent injuries.计划、准备和实施个性化的物理治疗方案，以纠正、维护和预防损伤
• Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and plans forre-evaluation. 确定并记录目标、预期的进展和重新评估的计划

任职要求:
• Bachelor's or above degree in Rehabilitation Therapy 物理治疗本科或以上学位
• 5-10 years clinical experience 5-10年临床经验
• Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinicalexcellence 出色的患者服务技能和临床能力
• Candidate with idiopathic scoliosis and tumor rehabilitation workexperience preferred 有脊柱侧弯和肿瘤康复经验者优先
