职责描述：
1. Complete production tasks on time according to the work schedule,ensuring that tasks are completed with quality and quantity.
2. In accordance with the needs of training, be responsible for thetraining and guidance of experimental skills for new members in the position.
3. Provide timely feedback on work progress and assist in solvingproblems encountered during the actual production process.
4. Complete on-site management.
5. Assist in the management of materials and equipment involved in the experiment.
6. Assist in organizing and optimizing the experimental process of theposition in charge.
7. Responsible for the identification and assessment of risks related tothis position and information security; follow the relevant requirementsof the system, including manuals, procedure documents, and informationsecurity management procedures; responsible for keeping confidential theinformation accessed during work; responsible for timely reporting ofinformation security/privacy incidents during work.
8. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
任职要求：
1. Possess one or more of the following operational skills: Agilenttapestation detection/ DNA extraction/ RNA extraction/ Libraryconstruction/ DNBSEQ-G400 sequencing/ DNBSEQ-T7 sequencing;
2. Possess high execution and teamwork ability;
3. Good at finding problems and summarizing experience in work;
4. Have good communication and coordination skills and be able towithstand greater work pressure.
5. Fluency in English language.
