岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with hiring managers in recruiting employees in thebusiness unit
• Manages HR agenda with the line managers in the business unit
• Work with managers in dealing with employees in difficult situations
• Identifies key talents in the business unit and prepares theindividual development plans for key talents
• Handles difficult situations in the business unit and trains managersin the employee relations
• Oversees HR administration in the business unit and solves difficult situations
• Implements the HR Strategy in close cooperation with linemanagers and the HR Business Partner
• Supports managers in new employee induction and terminations ofdeparting employees
• Speaks regularly with top talents and identifies new job opportunitiesfor them
• Engages in different people management projects in the business unit
• Provides the instant feedback to line managers about their peoplemanagement practices
• Assist with non-clinical training activities.
任职要求:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor level degree or above.
• 3 years minimum working experience in HR functions, experience inrecruiting activities will be preferred.
Skills:
• Computer skills: Windows, MS Office
• Good in English
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationshipswith employees and the public.
• Good at organizing daily work
