岗位职责:
Primary Responsibilities:
● Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination,and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease,or injury.
● Order, perform, and interpret tests and analyze records, reports, andexamination information to diagnose patients' condition.
● Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medicalhistory, reports, and examination results.
● Monitor patients' conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary.
● Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatmentswith patients.
● Advise patients and community members concerning diet, activity,hygiene, and disease prevention.
● Refer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary.
● Operate on patients to remove, repair, or improve functioning ofdiseased or injured body parts and systems.
● Prepare government or organizational reports which include birth,death, and disease statistics, workforce evaluations, or medical statusof individuals.
● Additional job responsibilities as assigned by supervisor, departmentchair or CMO.
● Works on quality improvement activities within the department incollaboration with other physicians and Department Chairperson.
● Exemplifies highest levels of professionalism and medical ethics inevery aspect of his or her work and relationships.


任职要求:
Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in Family Medicine or Equivalent.
Bachelor of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school ofmedicine Completion of residency
training in Family Medicine (or Equivalent) at a hospital and programacceptable to the Department Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer.
Minimum 3-5 years experience post-residency in the clinical arena preferred.
