岗位职责:
1. Preservation of medical records
2. Statistical/government reports
3. Medical Records documentation review
4. Medical information release
5. Medical information scanning and uploading
6. Medical information translation/ Inpatient cover page coding
7. Communicate with internal and external customer regarding the medicalrecords related matters.
8. Complete the task assigned by the superior
任职要求:
Bachelor level or equivalent majored in medical or health informationmanagement preferred.
Relevant working experience in hospital or relative healthcare industry preferred.
ICD-10 certificate preferred
Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology anddisease processes.
Fluent/Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Good communication skills and team work.
Good office software skills, such as Excel, PPT, Word.
To Preserve and file the medical record documents
To provide statistical/government reports
To complete medical records documentation review
To release medical information
To scan and upload medical information in health management system
To translate medical records in Chinese/English as needed
To complete the ICD-10 related coding of inpatient cover page
To complete the task assigned by the superior
