职责描述：
1.Market expansion and sales growth: Take responsibility for expandingmarket presence and driving sales growth in the Eastern Europe region.Develop and implement strategic initiatives to develop new business opportunities.
2.Customer relationship management: Strengthen customer relationships byimplementing effective engagement strategies. Drive customer loyaltythrough personalized interactions and proactive communication.
3.Project management and communication: Facilitate smooth communicationbetween external customers and the internal production department.Manage projects efficiently and ensure timelines and quality standardsare met.
4.Market planning and event management: Plan and execute comprehensivemarket activities to strengthen brand presence. Organize and participatein on-site conferences, exhibitions and presentations to showcasecompany products and services.
5.Technical advice: Provide expert advice on next generation sequencingstrategy solutions for customers. Provide technical support to ensurecustomers are equipped with the latest advances in the field.
6.Product training: Conduct thorough product training sessions forcustomers to ensure they are familiar with the use and benefits of ourofferings. Customize training programs to meet specific customer needsand improve overall understanding of the product.
任职要求：
1. Degree in Master's or above in biology, biochemistry, molecularbiology, bioinformatics or equivalent.
2. Experience working with customers in universities, researchinstitutes and commercial collaborators.
3. In-depth knowledge of next-generation sequencing, proteomics andTranslational markets and customer needs in this industry.
4. In-depth knowledge of selling next-generation sequencing and othergenomic services such as microarray, genotyping, in vitro diagnosis,etc.
5. Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
6. Willingness to business travel.
7. Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
8. Hold a local work permit.
