岗位职责:
1. Working closely with the UFH Oncology Executive Administrator, theposition would oversee and collaborate on the following;
2. Directing the development of short-term, long-range and strategicclinical vision based upon broad organizational goals;
3. Developing an understanding of the organizational structure,operations, decision making channels, planning processes and financialbudgeting control systems through actions and interactions. Uses a widerange of information sources and perspectives to identify currentconditions and needs, within a Chinese environment and context, anddefines issues and problems to develop a course of action. Makesdecisions that are fact-based and logical, and takes organizationalresources and objectives into balanced consideration;
4. Directing clinical operations to achieve budgeted profit results,performance and productivity standards; uses resources effectively torealize maximum gains at lowest costs and maintains fiscal accountability;
5. In addition, the position would :-
6. Develop and maintain a sound operational plan for the oncologyservice line in each of the UFH markets, and establishes policies,practices and opportunities to ensure adequate management develop,coaching and mentoring to provide for capable clinical and management succession.
7. Be actively involved in recruitment to develop oncology staff, bothclinical and nursing, that demonstrates and supports competencies, andhas the ability to successfully fulfil the job requirements.Continually assesses each individual's strengths and areas ofimprovement and effectively communicates through timely coaching,counseling, feedback and completion of performance evaluations;
8. Directs the development and installation of policies, procedures,practices and feedback loops to maximize communication and adequate flowof information to foster clinical processes and the patient care experience;
9. Develops and establishes organizational operating policies consistentwith the UFH President and organizational overall policies andobjectives, and ensures their adequate execution;
10. Ensures timely monitoring of regulatory and policy issues,particularly as they relate to safety, quality, patient outcomes andfacility requirements;
11. Develops and implements strategic goals and objectives for areas ofresponsibility by participating in strategic planning activities,working with the UFH President and others to set strategic priorities,gather information and analyses business proposals and offerings;
12. Demonstrates an understanding of the organizational andmarket-specific's mission, vision, values and goals through actions andinteractions and takes a proactive approach to develop supportingstrategic business plans. Identifies and mobilizes resources forachieving results while taking risks to enhance growth and improve theorganization's competitive position;
13. Demonstrates patient focus, teamwork, interpersonal skills andeffective communication in all interactions with internal and external constituents;
14. Demonstrates and supports innovative thinking through imaginative,unique or creative solutions or recommendations;
15. Works closely with all market CMOs and clinical service linephysicians and directors to achieve operational goals and qualitypatient outcomes in line with Joint Commission International standardsand processes
任职要求:
• Doctor of Medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of Medicine;
• Board Certified (or equivalent) in Oncology;
• In possession of an active Chinese Medical License
• Minimum 3-5 years of previous experience at a clinical administrativelevel preferred;
• Previous leadership positions/training held in similar sized (orlarger) environment;
• Must be a full member of the Medical Staff as defined in the MedicalStaff By-Laws;
• Previous experience, training and working knowledge of managementtechniques with proven successful service within a medical staffstructure preferred;
• Fluency in English essential; Chinese fluency preferred
