Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Providing administrative service and coordinating with differentdepartments or units of the University;
2. Assisting the Dean with teaching and research projects, preparing andmanaging all the relevant documents as records;
3. Preparing materials for domestic and international academicconferences, including database search, slides and proposal writing;
4. Undertaking other tasks assigned by the superior and Dean.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A Bachelor or higher degree;
2. A minimum of 1-year post-qualification executive or relevant working experience;
3. Good research data search and graphic presentation skills;
4. Good command of both written and spoken English;
5. Good file management and communication skills;
6. Good physical and mental health with strong affinity;
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and social media;
8. Knowledge in medicine preferred.
