STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The incumbent is to work with HR Directors and Business Leaders todevelop and implement HR mission and initiatives aligned with RMG Chinadirection for China.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(A) SPECIFIC (80%)
1) Drive and deliver Raffles Medical regional HR tasks/projects forChina which is major focus on training and talent development,recruitment, compensation and benefit, performance management, employeeengagement and communications.
2) Training
Perform training needs assessments for RMG China Operations. Graduallysetup RCH (non-medical) training structure and training map, includingGeneral Skill and Management Programs etc.
Coordinate and support the Medical Team, enhance the skills of medicalpersonnel, and encourage continuous learning within the Medical Team.
Work with HQ training team, design and facilitate at least 3-4training programs every year base on business needs.
3) Talent Management and Development
Identify the key talents in RCH
Plan and drive talent development programs and projects
Key position succession plan and career development plan for some keytalents.
(B) GENERAL (20%)
1) Work with HR Directors to manage other HR related tasks or projects
2) Conduct hospital/clinic/office administrative support
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1 Bachelor or above
2 Strong experience in HR program/project management, especially fortraining and talent development projects
3 Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese
3 Proficiency in MS Office
4 Excellent communication and influencing skills
5 More than 8 years solid working experience in HR
6 Familiar with China labor regulations
7 Proactive, self-motivated
8 Business trip for related projects are required when needed
