岗位职责:
1. Assist department with medical liaison to delivery specialist or parttime physician's patient result
协助专家和坐诊医生跟进病人的报告结果;
2. Provide translation services for Chinese client and escorting patientto outside procedures as needed.
为病人提供翻译,需要时陪同病人外出会诊;
3. Remind patient about follow up visits for vaccines, lab tests anddoctor's visits
提醒患者定期复查,接种疫苗,通知诊疗结果;
4. Provide assistance to doctors, nurses, cashiers, pharmacists andother staff in the department when needed to communicate effectivelywith patients
协助患者和医生、护士、前台、药房和其他工作人员进行沟通;
5. Other tasks as assigned by manager.
完成其他上级经理交代的任务。
任职要求:
1. Associate bachelor degree or above
大专或以上学历
2. At least 1 year above work experience with Patient Services is preferred
至少1年的工作经验,有患者服务经验者优先考虑
3. Hospital or service organization background preferable
有医院或服务行业经验优先考虑
4. Good English communication skill preferable
良好的英文沟通能力者优先
5. Good computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
熟练使用Microsoft Word 和 Excel软件
