PRIMARY RESPONSBILITIES
1. Provide patient education related to procedures, medications,therapeutic goals, etc. Arranges for consults and patient transfers as needed.
向患者讲解相关治疗程序、药物、治疗目标等方面信息。根据需要安排会诊和病人转诊。
2. Collaborates with other clinical team in the establishment ofdiagnoses and treatments of therapies and discharge needs both in theinpatient and outpatient setting.
与其他临床团队合作,对接住院部和门诊的患者诊断、治疗及出院方案提供。
3. Writes daily progress notes on all inpatients. Writes progress notesfor each patient seen in clinic.
进行患者病历的书写,包括住院患者及门诊患者。
4. Assesses patient’s progress through extended hospital course,utilizes available resources, and intervenes as necessary to ensure thatoptimal patient outcomes are achieved.
评估患者的治疗情况,通过利用可用资源,或在必要时进行干预,以确保患者获得最佳治疗结果。
5. Share on call duties or shift arrangement as scheduled by department.
根据科室安排进行听班及班次调整。
6. Perform independent cosmetic service on privileged cases inconsultation with the Department Chair and CMO.
在科室主任及首席医疗官确认后,在临床授权范围内,可提供独立的医美服务。
7. Be responsible for marketing promotion of hospital cosmetic business.Do not carry out private business activities.
负责医院医美业务的市场推广。不开展私自的商业行为。
8. May be granted additional responsibilities based on consultation withDepartment Leader/Chairperson and/or Medical Director/CMO.
处理科室主任或医疗总监/首席医疗管安排的其他任务。
QUALIFICATIONS
• Medical qualification from recognized institution;
可认证的的相关医疗资格;
• Wide range of clinical knowledge and skill in cosmetic;
医美方面的知识与技能;
• At least more than 5 years of clinical experience in Cosmetics;
至少5年以上的相关医美经验;
Skills:
• Good communication skills;
良好的沟通技能;
• Computer skills;
良好的计算机技能;
