岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
Screen telephone calls
Call back lab results, follow up on referral, and keep track of allreports, including lab, imaging and so on.
Maintain and organize the test result/referral filing system
Assist department chair and medical staff in quality improvement andto assure continuity of care being provided to all patients
Escorting patient to local hospital for certain procedure as needed.
Follow up check-up patient and tape report for doctors.
Works with the doctor to provide all of the needed documentation
Help to answer patient’s medical inquires
Other assigned duties as when necessary
Keep confidentiality for mental health patients
Manage interns and coordinate internship projects.
Building collaborations with companies and immigration offices toestablish green channel to offer mental health services.
Coordinate marketing events for the departments.
Assist in building inter-departmental cooperation
任职要求:
Qualifications:
Experience + education in nursing, medicine, other allied health field.
At least two years of work experience.
Previous experience in similar position desirable
Skills:
Ability to follow protocol, policies and procedures.
Ability to organize and prioritize
Competence in English and Chinese languages
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally withphysicians, nurses and support staff, and most importantly, with patients
Skills in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving
Flexible, team player
Good customer skill
Knowledge:
Adheres to hospital confidentiality policy
Fully understand the operation of outpatient clinic
Good computer skill, knowledgeable in Windows programs
Ability to understand and write medical terminology
