ESSENTIAL TASKS:
1. Assess plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care of patientsthroughout the hospitalization.
2. Document accurately and concisely the care provided and its outcome.
3. Carry out investigation and treatment prescribed by the physician.
4. Participate actively in physician’s round.
5. Prepare and assist physician with procedures.
6. Follow - up to ensure continuity of patient care and treatment plan.
7. Deliver safe and competent nursing care.
8. Demonstrate clinical skills, knowledge and critical thinking in thedelivery of patient care.
9. Manage complex patient care in critical care area.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
1. Hold current PRC nursing license.
2. Minimum 8 years of clinical experience with 5 years of related acutecare settings.
3. Overseas experience preferred.
4. Valid certifications (BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.) per hospital policy.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, HIS.
6. Able to communicate in English.
