岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
• Implementation of the quality and safety plan, including gatheringmanagerial and clinical indicators, preparation reports
• Assist to improve the awareness and compliance of local law and regulation
• Assist the compliance of JCI standard and accreditation
• Documentation management
• Quality indicator data collection and analyses
• Department administration
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Manager of Quality & Safety

Skills:
• Familiar with English in both reading and writing
• Native Chinese speaker
• Good computer ability, particularly the ability to manipulatedocuments and data in Microsoft Word, Excel, and to create PowerPointpresentations
• Detail oriented mind
• Ability to work with staff from all levels of the organization
