任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree with major in nursing or clinical medicine;
2. The candidate who has more than 3 years of customer serviceexperience in medical institutions is preferred;
3. Fluent in Chinese and English in daily communication;
4. Good image and temperament;5. Excellent communication andcoordination skills, good at listening to and summarizing customerfeedback.
