工作职责：
1. Completed the daily work of reception, including bookingregistration, medical insurancecommercial insuranceself-paying customersettlement, receiving customers, handling customer complaints, etc.
2. Accept customer service hotline, answer customer consultation orcomplaints and suggestions, must be timely, patient and professional.
3. Responsible for related administrative work, including but notlimited to file arrangement, report delivery, etc

任职资格：
1. Bachelor degree with major in nursing or clinical medicine;
2. The candidate who has more than 3 years of customer serviceexperience in medical institutions is preferred;
3. Fluent in Chinese and English in daily communication;
4. Good image and temperament;5. Excellent communication andcoordination skills, good at listening to and summarizing customerfeedback.
