职位描述:
1.负责宾客的就诊、住院相关沟通工作,做好健康随访、反馈、建立宾客档案。
Responsible for guest consultation and hospitalization relatedcommunication work, make health follow-up visits, feedback, andestablish guest files.
2.按照机构标准和上级要求开展病患的生活照护服务工作。
Carry out patient life care services in accordance with institutionalstandards and superior requirements.
3.理解并了解服务对象身体情况及照护服务的相关需求。
Understand and understand the physical condition of the clients and therelated needs of the care services.
4.负责监测住院宾客的生命体征。
Be responsible for monitoring the vital signs of hospitalized guests.
5.负责投诉受理、追踪及解决,维护客情关系,提高客户满意度。
Responsible for complaint acceptance, tracking and resolution,maintaining customer relations and improving customer satisfaction.
6.对客户资料、客户意见、成交数据等分析汇总,及时上报。
Analyze and summarize customer information, customer opinions andtransaction data, and report them in a timely manner.

任职资格:
1.统招大专及以上学历,有护理经验者优先,形象气质好,服务意识强。
College degree or above, nursing experience preferred, good imagequality, strong service consciousness.
2.普通话标准、电脑操作熟练,优秀的沟通协调能力、问题解决能力。
Standard Mandarin, proficient in computer operation, excellentcommunication and coordination skills, problem solving ability.
3.思维敏捷、反应灵敏,具有高度的责任心和客户服务意识。
Quick thinking, responsive, with a high sense of responsibility andcustomer service.
4.具备良好的应变能力、人际交往能力、抗压能力、自驱力强。
Good resilience, interpersonal skills, stress resistance, and self-drive.
