职位描述:
1.做好来访病患的接待、初复诊客户的咨询服务;指导病患正确填写资料。 
To do a good job in the reception of visiting patients, the initialfollow-up customer consultation services; guide patients to fill out thecorrect information.
2.负责电话接听及转接,并做好记录,办理挂号、预检分诊、收费等工作。
Responsible for telephone answering and transferring, and makingrecords, handling registration, pre-screening triage, charging and other work.
3.维护前台日常秩序,管理相关设备及物料,保持良好整洁的候诊环境。
Maintain the daily order of the front desk, manage related equipment andmaterials, and maintain a good and clean waiting environment.
4.对接诊室服务和就诊安排,协调就诊流程的合理有序,保障病患的满意度。
Docking consultation room service and consultation arrangement,coordinating the consultation process in a reasonable and orderly mannerto ensure patient satisfaction.
岗位资格:
1.专科以上学历,2年以上相关工作经验,有护士资格证书者优先,有高尔夫球场、酒店VIP、售楼处、商保、4s店相关岗位工作经历者优先。
College degree or above, at least 2 years of relevant work experience,with nursing qualification preferred.Experience in golf course, hotelVIP, sales office, commercial insurance, 4s store related positions is preferred.
2.形象气质佳,接受过礼仪相关培训。普通话标准,电脑操作熟练。
Good image quality, trained in etiquette related training. Mandarinstandard, proficient in computer operation.
3.具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力,富有爱心、耐心细致、反应灵活、思维清晰。
Good service consciousness and communication skills, caring, patient andmeticulous, flexible response and clear thinking.
