护士

职位描述：
1.根据医院规章制度和操作规程，为病人提供医疗保健和护理服务。
Carry out hospital policies and procedures and provide a wide range ofhealth care services and quality of care to patients in clinic.
2.观察患者生命体征，做好康复教育和病患沟通，特殊情况下要参与急救。
Observe patients' vital signs, provide rehabilitation education andpatient communication, and participate in emergency care in special cases.
3. 与护士、医务人员和其他相关人员沟通协调，完成护士长或主管分配的任务。
Coordinate with nurses, medical staff and other relevant staff,accomplish assigned tasks by head nurse or charge nurse.
4. 观察并记录病人的临床状况，尊重和关心病人。
Observes and documents pertinent information that reflects the patient’sclinical condition, with respect to the entire human being.
5. 安全用药并观察是否有副作用/不良情况，按照医院规章制度和操作流程，及时、准确地记录病人的情况。
Administer medications safely, and observe the side-effects / adverseevents, act according to related policies or procedures when necessary,and document timely and accurately.
任职资格：
1.本科以上学历，护理专业，持有护士执业资格证书，技术过硬，服务意识好；形象气质好。
Bachelor degree or above, nursing profession, holding nursingqualification, excellent skills, good image quality, good serviceconsciousness.
2.3年以上三级医院护理临床经验，骨科、康复科工作经验或持有专科护士证、感控上岗证者优先。
At least 3 years of nursing clinical experience in a tertiary carehospital, ICU, pediatrics, orthopedics, rehabilitation experience orspecialist nurse certificate, sense control induction certificate preferred.
3.掌握护理学基本理论知识及操作技能。
Master basic theoretical knowledge and operational skills in nursing.
4. 细心、专业和积极的工作态度；良好的沟通技能及服务意识，良好的英语沟通能力。
Careful, professionalism and positive work attitude；Good communicationskills and service awareness；Good English communication skill.
