医务部主任

职位描述：
1.负责集团整体的医疗质量标准建立，以及所有的医务体系工作。
Responsible for the establishment of overall medical quality standardsfor the group and all medical system work.
2.负责医疗、教学、科研、医疗纠纷、院感、病案等管理工作。
Responsible for the management of medical treatment, teaching,scientific research, medical disputes, hospital sentiment, medicalcases, etc.
3.根据国家最新医疗政策制订相应的管理制度，并定期检查，评估和总结，把控医疗质量、医疗安全、医疗文书等工作。
Develop corresponding management system according to the latest nationalmedical policy, and regularly check, evaluate and summarize to controlmedical quality, medical safety, medical documents and other work.
4.负责协调各业务科室之间的工作关系，主持重大的院内抢救和会诊，负责 联系院外专家，教授来院的会诊工作。
Coordinate the working relationship among different departments, leadmajor in-hospital resuscitation and consultation, and liaise withexperts and professors outside the hospital for consultation.
5.负责制订并督促医务人员认真执行各项规章制度和技术操作规范，保证工作有序进行，防范医疗事故，减少医疗缺馅。
Responsible for formulating and supervising medical staff toconscientiously implement rules and regulations and technical operationspecifications to ensure orderly work, prevent medical accidents andreduce medical shortage of filling.
6.负责医疗技术人员的业务培训和技术考核，职称评定。
Responsible for the business training and technical assessment ofmedical technicians and the evaluation of their titles.
7.协助院办收集和整理医疗、教学、科研、质量等医务管理工作资料和数据。
Assist the hospital office in collecting and organizing medicalmanagement information and data on medical treatment, teaching,research, quality, etc.
8.负责组织医疗事故的鉴定与处理。
Responsible for organizing the identification and treatment of medical incidents.
9.负责执业许可证照的办理与维护。
Responsible for the processing and maintenance of practice licenses.
10.负责医政对外公共关系的维护与管理 。
Responsible for the maintenance and management of external publicrelations of medical administration
任职资格：
1.本科以上学历， 5年以上相关医政工作经验，医学相关专业副主任医师以上优先。
Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant medicaladministration work experience, associate chief physician or above inmedical related field is preferred.
2.三甲医院医务科工作经验。
Experience working in the medical department of a tertiary care hospital.
3.熟悉医疗相关的最新政策和法律法规；熟悉医务工作内容。
Familiar with the latest medical-related policies and laws andregulations; familiar with medical work content.
4.有较强管理能力、沟通能力，协调能力，抗压能力强，工作细致，责任心强。
Strong management skills, communication skills, coordination skills,stress resistance, meticulous work and strong sense of responsibility.
