MTT物理治疗师

职位描述：
1.独立使用MTT物理治疗评估工具，对患者进行初步检查和评估，书写评估报告，协助医生制订MTT物理治疗方案。
Independently use MTT physical therapy assessment tools, perform initialexaminations and assessments of patients, write assessment reports, andassist physicians in developing MTT physical therapy protocols.
2.独立指导患者进行系统化的身体运动训练，实施改善活动能力、缓解疼痛、增加力量、增加灵活度、平衡协调性和维护关节活动等一体化的医学运动康复治疗方案；以达到恢复身体结构及机能、改善提高机体受损功能。重点是纠正、维持和预防伤害。
Independently instructs patients in systematic physical exercisetraining and implements integrated medical sports rehabilitationtreatment programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength,increase flexibility, balance and coordination, and maintain jointmovement; in order to restore body structure and function and improveand enhance the damaged functions of the body. The focus is on injurycorrection, maintenance and prevention.
3.使用练习、伸展动作和设备来减轻病人的疼痛，并帮助他们提高活动能力。
Use exercises, stretches and equipment to reduce the patient's pain andhelp them improve their mobility.
4.评估病人的进展，根据需要修改治疗计划和尝试新的治疗方法。
Evaluate the patient's progress and modify the treatment plan and trynew treatments as needed.
5. 与患者及家属保持良好沟通反馈、进行持续性康复教育。
Educating and advising patients and their careers about how to preventand/or improve conditions .
6.参加技术培训、学习交流等活动；定期对案例进行分析讨论，分享经验并形成案例材料。
Participate in technical training, learning exchange and otheractivities; regularly analyze and discuss cases, share experiences andform case materials.
7.维护康复相关仪器设备，整理保管相关医疗物资。
Maintain rehabilitation related instruments and equipment and organizeand store related medical materials.
8.配合机构进行其他医疗相关工作。
Cooperate with the institution for other medical related work .
9.安排至三级教学医院进行为期3个月的专业培训。
Arrange for a 3-month professional training in a tertiary teaching hospital.

任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，康复相关专业，持有康复治疗师或物理治疗师相关从业资格证书 。
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in rehabilitation related field .holding a certificate of practice related to rehabilitation therapist or physiotherapist.
2. 2年以上作业治疗师工作经验，持有初级康复治疗师或以上级别证书。
2+ years of experience as an occupational therapist, holding acertificate at the level of primary rehabilitation therapist or above .
3.具备较强沟通能力、团队合作能力和服务意识。
Strong communication skills, teamwork ability and service consciousness .
