职位描述：
1. 运用设备或手法，独立执行针对康复患者的康复治疗，包含日常生活训练、四肢肌肉力量训练、关节活动度训练、认知功能训练、环境评估等。
Using equipment or techniques, independently perform rehabilitationtreatment for rehabilitation patients, including daily living training,extremity muscle strength training, joint mobility training, cognitivefunction training, environmental assessment, etc.
2. 书写病人病例记录和治疗报告。
Writing patient case notes and treatment reports;
3.与患者及家属保持良好沟通反馈、进行持续性康复教育。
Educating and advising patients and their careers about how to preventand/or improve conditions;
4.参加病例讨论、技术培训、学习交流等活动。
Cooperating with other healthcare staff to supply and receive relevantinformation about the background and progress of patients; and referringpatients who need other specific medical attention;
5.维护康复相关仪器设备，整理保管相关医疗物资。
Maintain rehabilitation related instruments and equipment and organizeand store related medical materials.
6.配合机构进行其他医疗相关工作。
Cooperate with the institution for other medical related work.
7.安排至三级教学医院进行为期3个月的专业培训。
Arrange for a 3-month professional training in a tertiary teaching hospital.

任职资格：
1.统招本科以上学历，中医康复、物理治疗相关专业，持有康复治疗师或物理治疗师相关从业资格证书。
Bachelor's degree or above in TCM rehabilitation and physiotherapyrelated majors, holding a certificate of practice related torehabilitation therapist or physiotherapist.
2.具备２年以上康复治疗工作经验，或参加过三甲医院康复治疗规范化培训者优先；熟悉康复治疗的评定与技术。
2+ years of clinical rehabilitation experience or participation instandardized rehabilitation training in a tertiary care hospital ispreferred; familiar with the assessment and techniques of rehabilitation therapy.
