Formally established in June 2022, the Hong Kong University of Scienceand Technology (Guangzhou)(HKUST(GZ)) is a cooperatively-run universitybetween the Chinese mainland and the Hong Kong Special AdministrativeRegion. HKUST(GZ) has obtained approval from the Ministry of Education(MoE) and become the first legally-independent educational institutionco-established by the Mainland and Hong Kong since the announcement andimplementation of the “Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-HongKong-Macao Greater Bay Area” and the “Overall Plan for DeepeningGlobally Oriented Comprehensive Co-operation amongst Guangdong, HongKong and Macao in Nansha of Guangzhou”. With a spirit of pioneeringinnovation, HKUST(GZ) charts new territories in cross-disciplinaryeducation and explores new frontiers in pedagogies, aiming to serve as arole model of the mainland-Hong Kong integrated educational developmentand become a world-famous high-level university, endeavoring to nurturefuture-oriented, high-level and innovative talents.

HKUST(GZ) comprises four Hubs, namely Function Hub, Information Hub,Systems Hub, Society Hub and 16 thrusts. The admission of undergraduatestudents will begin in 2023, with the first batch of programs coveringartificial intelligence, data science and big data technology and smartmanufacturing engineering.

Duties
1.监督自动化平台相关实验室设施的日常运作。
2.制定仪器操作SOP，为学生和研究人员提供仪器操作培训；
3.对仪器进行日常维护；
4.培养与用户的关系，组织研讨会、用户小组会议和工作坊等活动，向用户介绍新技术并听取他们的反馈；
5.确保操作符合健康和安全规定；
6.完成领导交办的其他任务。

任职要求:
1.硕士或以上学历，生物科学或相关专业，1年以上相关工作经验；
2.具有良好的分析和批判性思维能力，优秀的组织能力，较强的沟通和表达能力；
3.具有生命科学相关平台工作经验及合成生物学或药筛平台实操经验者优先；
4.全面深度掌握相关领域知识，能够高效运用技术知识解决问题；
5.确保团队和团队成员的实际需求得到满足，确保团队按照计划完成任务；
6.根据项目和时间管理原则和流程组织工作，为应对突发事件或问题制定方案和实践；
7.良好的中英文书写和口语能力。
