信息技术专员

1.为终端用户提供各种IT支持，包括应用程序访问、使用、设备和设备等。
Provide all kinds of IT support to end user, including applicationaccess, usage, devices and equipments etc.
2.根据业务流程要求、测试和文档更改管理用户访问权限。
Manage user access privileges as per business process requirements, testand document changes.
3.实施并监控所有与最终用户相关的安全程序，确保其符合信息安全政策
Implement and monitor all end user related security procedures, ensurethey are complied with information security policies
4.下班后为最终用户提供随叫随到的服务，情况危急时可以在现场
Provide on call service to end user after work, and can be on site whenthe situation is critical
5.监控和识别可能对IT工作产生负面影响的现有问题，并向主管报告
Monitor and identify existing issues that might have negative impacts onIT work and report to the supervisor
6.帮助高级HIS专家为用户提供培训服务
Help Senior HIS Specialist to provide training service to users
7.负责遵守适用于指定职责区域的政策和标准，包括但不限于网络安全法、SOX、JCI、UFH信息安全政策和SOP。
Responsible for policies and standards compliance apply to assigned dutyareas, include but not limit to Cyber Security law, SOX, JCI, UFHinformation security policies and SOPs.

任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历，通信、电子工程、计算机等相关专业，
A Bachelors degree in computer sciences or related field.
2. 至少有2年的HIS和其他医疗相关的支持工作或3年的IT服务台支持经验。
Minimum of 2 years of HIS and other medical related support or 3 yearsof experience of IT Helpdesk support.
3.深入了解IT故障排除技术，在同时处理多个软件应用程序时要有效率，在与用户沟通时要有效率，以确定问题并提供解决方案。
In depth knowledge of IT troubleshooting techniques, be efficient whileworking simultaneously with multiple software applications, be efficientin communicating with user to identify problems and provide solutions
4.对Windows操作系统有透彻的了解，能够操作流行的软件应用程序。熟悉基本的网络，对个人电脑、打印机和外围设备有良好的了解.
Thorough knowledge of Windows operating systems and the ability tomanipulate popular software applications. Familiar with basicnetworking, good knowledge of PC's, printers and peripheral equipment
5.有培训能力和良好的沟通协调能力，执行力强。
