职位描述
本岗位价值综述:
1.制定及执行区域销售计划,确保销售回款;
Formulate and implement regional sales plan to ensure sales payment collection;
2.控制销售费用,配合公司实施市场开发计划;
Control the sales expenses and cooperate with the company to implementthe market development plan;
3.建立良好稳固的客户关系,管理销售信息,建立高效的销售团队
Establish a good and stable customer relationship, manage salesinformation, and establish an efficient sales team.
主要岗位工作职责:
1.掌握市场动态及发展趋势,成本利润分析,制定销售策略;
Understand market dynamics and development trends, analyze cost andprofit, and formulate sales strategies;
2.开发各类市场渠道,建立市场B端转诊;
Develop various market channels and establish B-end referral;
3.拜访和开发各大公立医院的医师资源,并建立转诊渠道;
Visit and develop physician resources in major public hospitals, andbuild referral channels;
4.制定销售预算指标,并完成销售任务;
Develop sales budget targets and complete sales tasks;
5.分析市场、挖掘客人需求,对市场产品及经营策略提出有效见解;
Analyze the market, explore customer needs, and put forward effectiveopinions on market products and business strategies;
6.规划针对性的市场促销的销售方案,并协调各部门共同落实;
Plan the sales scheme of targeted marketing promotion and coordinatewith all departments to implement it;
7.制定渠道销售工作的月度年度工作计划并有总结;
Formulate monthly and annual work plans for channel sales and summarize them;
8.配合其他市场部的工作内容;
Cooperate with other marketing departments;
9.完成上级交代的其他工作。

考核指标
Performance Measures
1.财务指标;销售指标、门诊部业绩指标、获客成本及利润;
Financial indicators; Sales indicators, outpatient departmentperformance indicators, customer acquisition costs and profits;
2.质量指标:渠道签约量、渠道引流及转诊、服务升级、渠道活动;
Quality indicators: channel signing volume, channel drainage andreferral, service upgrading, channel activities;
3.服务指标:投诉及表扬情况、服务流程优化;
Service indicators: complaints and praise, service process optimization;
4.人员指标:渠道管理体系、品牌文化;
Personnel indicators: channel management system, brand culture;
5.拓展指标:服务创新及迭代。
Expansion indicators: service innovation and iteration.
岗位任职条件:
学历专业:大专及以上学历。
职业资格:持有相关任职证书优先。
工作经验:1年以上相关工作经历。
知识技能:握市场经营管理、市场经营等方面知识,了解公司经营发展方向和中长期规划目标,熟悉公司经营管理条例及规章、流程。具备一定的计算机及互联网知识基础和审美能力,可熟练应用各类办公软件及信息化应用系统,具有一定的分析总结能力。
能力素质:热忱敬业、主动负责、诚实可信;遵纪守法、廉洁自律。
