本岗位价值综述:
1.建立保险直付合作及引流机制;
Establish direct insurance payment cooperation and referral system;
2.建立保险的流程并确保回款率;
Establish insurance process and ensure payment collection rate;
3.完善保险的整体销售及制定完善保险相关制度。
Improve the overall sales of insurance and formulate and improveinsurance related systems.
主要岗位工作职责:
1.制定保险定价策略,签约保险直付协议,建立保险直付合作;
Formulate insurance pricing strategies, sign insurance direct paymentagreements, and establish insurance direct payment cooperation;
2.掌握保险市场动态及发展趋势,对价格进行利润分析并制定保险销售策略;
Understand the dynamics and development trend of the insurance market,conduct profit analysis on prices and formulate insurance sales strategies;
3.负责保险Billing及医师的培训和指导;
Responsible for insurance and billing, and the training and guidance of doctors;
4.控制直付理赔的风险,确保回款时效;
Control the risk of direct payment claims and ensure the timeliness ofpayment collection;
5.规划保险的开发产品及开发渠道,落实销售目标;
Plan insurance development products and channels, and implement sales objectives;
6.建立保险公司转诊途径及销售渠道,完成销售目标;
Establish insurance company referral system and channel, achieve sales target;
7.规划及组织各类保险相关线下活动;
Plan and organize various offline activities related to insurance;
8.了解保险客户需求动态,挖掘潜在客户,并对客户进行跟踪;
Understand the demand dynamics of insurance customers, find potentialcustomers, and track customers;
9.建立顺畅的客户沟通渠道,及时处理客户异议和投诉;
Establish a smooth customer communication channel and deal with customerobjections and complaints in a timely manner;
10.制定保险工作的月度年度工作计划并有总结;
Formulate monthly and annual work plan for insurance work and summarize;
11.配合其他市场部的工作内容;
Cooperate with other marketing departments;
12.完成上级交代的其他工作。

考核指标
Performance Measures
1.财务指标:保险销售指标、门诊部业绩指标、获客成本及利润;
Financial indicators: insurance sales indicators, outpatient departmentperformance indicators, customer acquisition costs and profits;
2.质量指标:保险公司签约量、单病种报价完成量、保险引流及转诊、服务升级、保险活动;
Quality indicators: the number of insurance companies signing contracts,the number of single disease quotations completed, insurance diversionand referral, service upgrading, and insurance activities;
3.服务指标:投诉及表扬情况、服务流程优化;
Service indicators: complaints and praise, service process optimization;
4.人员指标:保险培训、保险直付管理体系、品牌文化;
Personnel indicators: insurance training, insurance direct paymentmanagement system, brand culture;
5.拓展指标:保险产品服务创新及迭代。
Expansion indicators: insurance product service innovation and iteration.
岗位任职条件:
学历专业:大专及以上学历。
职业资格:持有相关任职证书优先。
工作经验:2年以上相关工作经历。
知识技能:掌握保险市场经营管理、保险政策等方面知识,了解公司经营发展方向和中长期规划目标,熟悉公司经营管理条例及规章、流程。具备一定的计算机及互联网知识基础和审美能力,可熟练应用各类办公软件及信息化应用系统,具有一定的分析总结能力。
