临床教育岗位

SUMMARY
This position is responsible for clinical education related events,programs internal and external, for Align Technology in China.Responsibilities fall in below broad categories but may not be limitedto:
1. Follow education strategy to execute local education events and CLsupport projects on time with 100% executive of SOP and compliance.Optimize SOP of clinical education and support related affairs.
2. Coordinate educational events and CL programs by marketing strategyand result orientated.
3. Closely work with clinical manager and execute internal and externalclinical projects such as training, CCR, CC Workshop, events, studiesand proofreading as assigned.
4. Work with speakers to develop clinical education content and engagethe speakers to support clinical educational events.
5. Track and analysis the effectiveness and customer confidence drivenby CL support and events

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create professional training content, develop innovative educationprogram and coordinate clinical education events by marketing strategyand result orientated.
• Skillfully track and analysis the effectiveness and customerconfidence driven by clinical support education events and CL support projects.
• Cultivate speakers for clinical education, manage the speaker pool andengage the speakers to support clinical educational events.
• Represent CL to be trained as trainer and coach local support team tobe qualified with new products and updated techniques.
• Support and optimize the assigned clinical projects and improve theprojects continuously.
• Creatively develop useful teaching and demo tools to make training andCL support effectively.
• Full support sales/marketing team and Global/regional educational teamto localize and carry on programs.
• Work closely with marketing team and Global/regional educational teamto prepare scientific evidence and education contents for new productlaunch.
• Work closely with marketing team and Global/regional educational teamto update scientific evidence and education contents for existingproduct and portfolio.
• Execute other clinical projects such as training, CC workshop, events,studies and proofreading as assigned.
• Ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned.
• Follow departmental procedures to obtain 100% accuracy andcompleteness in all areas.
• Spend approximate 20-50% working time to travel and support CLprojects, provide training & CCR to customers.

Additional responsibilities:
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental andcompany goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor of Stomatology or above, prosthodontist or orthodontist withmater degree is preferred.
• Or master's degree in medical related major.
