岗位职责:
• Work as part of the team to contribute to the care of patients withinthe scope of service of that Department, and contribute to the overallstrategy of the Department and Hospital.
• Work to goals and targets as set by the Department leader.
• Comply with regulatory requirements as required by the Department.
• See patients in a timely manner.
• Complete all required paper and electronic documentation.
• Contribute to developing pathways and clinical guidelines in acollaborative manner, and ensure compliance with them;
• Develop and use patient education material;
• Lead quality monitoring and quality improvement programs
• Participate as required in the clinical case review process.
• Actively be involved in resolving patient complaints.
• Work closely with the marketing department to market the OncologyDepartment.
• Comply with all UFH policies, rules, regulations, and policies withinthe Department, in particular compliance with mandatory trainingrequirements and CME attendance.
• Attend Department / Hospital meetings as required.
• Where relevant, support UFH Centers, including research, training,disaster relief, and primary care.
• Where relevant, assist in new development projects.
• Perform any other duties as may be requested by the Department chair.
Specific
• Outpatient and in-patient clinical care of oncology patients,including history and physical, ordering investigations, responding topatient enquiries, and prescribing treatments as privileged.
• Make adjustments to chemotherapy in collaboration with the oncologyteam.
• Perform clinical symptom control in collaboration with the oncologyteam.
• Share the on call duty as required.
任职要求:
• Must be a full member of the Medical Staff as defined in the MedicalStaff By-Laws;
• Usually equivalent of attending physician of 10 years or above.
• Fluency in English and Chinese preferred;
• Time management and organization skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently
• Friendly, mature and flexible
• Highly motivated to develop knowledge base regarding chemotherapy andbiologic therapy toxicities and care of oncology patients.
