MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ability and competence to perform the main ACLS (Advanced CardiacLife Support) activities to stabilize a patient (intubations, use ofmanual defibrillators, sedation, use of IV lines, use of commonemergency medicine drugs).
有能力独立进行高级生命支持的主要操作来稳定病患。

2. Ability and competence of operating enclosed medical instruments andequipment proficiently. Good knowledge with indication,contra-indication, untoward reaction, usage & dosage of medicationsprovided by the supplier.
要求熟悉供应商提供的药品清单中所有药品的适应症、禁忌症、不良反应及用法用量等，并具有熟练操作附件中所有医疗器械、设备设施的能力。

3. Familiar with administrative management of onsite clinic.
熟悉现场诊所的行政管理。

4. Experience of occupational health management is preferred.
有职业健康管理的经验者更佳。

5. Experience of physical fitness training/test is preferred.
有体能训练及测试的经验者更佳。

6. Experience of rehabilitation training is preferred.
有康复训练的经验者更佳。


JOB REQUIREMENTS

(A) EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical work (Class 2 or above hospital).
至少3年2甲医院及以上临床医疗工作经验。

2. Ability and competence of provide first aid training and health talksin both Chinese and English. AHA Instructor certificate is preferred.
要求具有独立向员工提供中英双语急救培训和健康讲座的能力，有AHA导师资质证更佳。

3. Proficiency in English, both speaking and writing.
熟练运用英语，包括口语及书写

4. Advanced Life Support training (e.g. “ACLS”, “PHTLS” or similar).
曾经受过专业生命支持培训（例如“ACLS”“PHTLS”或类似培训）

5. Good communication skills
良的沟通能力
