Job Responsibilities:
 Product Management
1. Develop and implement effective product tactics, structure,process,campaign to demonstrate Raffles Hospital’s brand capacity, andmeetrevenue targets in Shanghai market.
2. Continuous monitoring and analysis of market trends,competitiveintelligence, consumer demands to define consumersegmentation and coreproduct positioning and messaging. Be the productowner, working closelywith medical and operation teams to design RafflesHospital’s seasonalnew products and launch successfully, drive thecoordinationcross-department internally.
3. Collaborate with digital marketing, e-commerce and event marketingtodefine channel tactics and improve marketing performance.
4. Tracking the product performance and optimise product lifecycle.Generate the product reports on a monthly basis.
 Marketing Communication
1. Develop clinics’ and doctors’ marketing assets to increasethecompetitive brand awareness and drive the news leads opt-in.
2. Create product marketing collaterals and ensure the info deliverbothonline and offline smoothly.
3. Collaborate with medical team to develop the consumermedicaleducation content.
4. Liaise with marketing team members to generate attractive contentfordifferent channels.
 Training & others
1. Planning and implementation of product training for operationteam,and ensure all the product info delivered successfully.
2. Collaborate with other marketing team members to achieve theteamSMART goals together and back up for each other as needed.
3. Vendor training and management.
4. Other tasks assigned as business needed.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with more than 5 years working experience inmarketresearch, marketing and communications preferred, Masters would bea plus
- Prior 5 years of working experience in B2C Marketing capacity preferred
- Experience in Healthcare industry would be a plus
- Proven track-record in working successfully in teams
- Meticulous to detail and good organizational skills
- Strong communication capabilities
- Team player: comfortable and willing to work in cross-functionalanddiverse teams
