岗位职责:
• Professionalism and positive work attitude
• Observes and documents pertinent information that reflects thepatient’s clinical condition, with respect to the entire human being.
• Performs treatment and administers medications as required.
• Actively participates in, patient and/or family teaching,appropriately documents activity and response to instructions.
• Institutes emergency procedures in the absence of a physician tooffset life threatening situations; maintains the defined institution’spolicies and procedures.
• Responsible of coaching level I and level II nurses.
• Review and advise nursing documentation for level I and level IInurses.
• Keeps abreast of current nursing trends and continuing education opportunities.
• Float among various clinical services, where qualified and competent
任职要求:
• Minimal Education Requirement- Polytechnic nursing school graduate or above
• Minimum Experience Requirement- 5 years above working experience innursing
• Certificate or Licensing Needed –Registered Nurse in China
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification according to policy
