岗位职责:
- Screen telephone calls
- Maintain and organize the test result/referral filing system
- Assist department in quality improvement and to assure continuity ofcare being provided to all patients
- Follow up check-up patient and take report for doctors.
- Works with the doctor and nurses to provide all of the needed documentation
- Open/block/maintain rosters in Track or other relevant scheduling systems
- Assist with daily physician schedule
- Help with scheduling walk-ins, overbooks, and other patients tooptimize patient flow, access, and logistics of clinic;
- Call patients in advance according to dept requirements;
- Assist department chair in managing administrative schedule;
- Other assigned duties as when necessary
