急诊室护士

岗位职责:
• Care for patients with less critical medical illnesses includingdehydration, fracture and other condition with ESI level 3 and below ect.
• Be able to assess and treat critical conditions and non lifethreatening injuries and illnesses from minor throat infections tosevere dehydration, pneumonia, mild trauma under seniors’ supervision.
• Understand rational of ED triage, triage patient care depending uponpatient needs with minor supervision.
• Proficient working with patients and families and providing education
• Competent to use defibrillator, portable ventilator, cardiacmonitoring and resuscitator
• Competent to assist physician for lumbar puncture, casting, suturingprocedures and procedural sedation
• Patient assignment: maximum 2 patients based on patient’s condition
• Float among various clinical services, where qualified and competent
• Effectively interact with patient and significant others, whilemaintaining the standard of professional nursing.
• Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, ina timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms
任职资格:
• 护士学校毕业，
• 大专学历或以上
• 3-5 年护理经验，或相关护理工作经验
• 有效中国注册护士证
