Position Summary
To serve an internal role as a trusted and integral partner to thebusiness and an external role as a representative of the business topatients and the healthcare community.
Main Responsibilities
1. Developing MA strategy aligning with BU under market dynamic.
2. Driving clinical evidence generation (owning ISS & CST, review,approve and oversee HSR with Compliance & Legal) and disseminationlife cycle
3. Develop and maintain professional relationships with KOLs andSocieties and engaging in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue andscientific exchange activities including advisory board meetings andunsolicited off label discussion particularly
4. Regular communications with national external stakeholders to sharemost updated balanced medical information and gain the inputs fromexternal stakeholders in the defined therapeutic areas.
5. Provide medical support on guidance/consensus generation or updatingin defined therapeutic area based on request or needs from external customers.
6. Regular lecture both internal and external, to share most updatedclinical study data, interpreter treatment guideline and provide summaryof product efficacy and safety profile under local laws and company regulations.
7. Proactively provide the latest medical information to marketing teamon regular basis. Provide product training to internal commercial team.
8. Review and approve promotional materials and promotional activities.
Skills and Abilities Requirements
1. Knowledge of medical affair, clinical trial methodology, study designand implementation, as well as data analysis of study findings.
2. Good communication and analytical skill with the ability to excellentwriting skills in both English and Chinese; fluent speaking English is required.
3. Strong minded regarding compliance issues yet willing to be flexibleon problem solution.
4. Clinical expertise with master’s degree is required.
Prefer Background
1. Medical affairs manager from multi-national medical device orpharmaceutical company.
2. 2~3 years’ experience as clinical doctor will be preferred
Working Conditions & Environment:
Business travel required：20~30% of job time
