MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment(60%):
- Manage the recruiting channels including the job boards, companycareerpage and other channels
- According to the business development needs and annualrecruitmentplan, formulate appropriate recruitment strategies and ensuretheresults, including but not limited to doctor, technician, facility,-sales and marketing, and administration, etc.
- Recruitment report, analyze various indicators ofrecruitmentefficiency, talent development progress and improvement suggestions
Trainning & HR operation(20%):
- Formulate and implement monthly orientation for new employees
- Other training needs to be defined
HR China tasks or projects(20%):
- HR related projects or tasks (SG project etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
1 Bachelor or above
2 Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese
3 Proficiency in MS Office
4 Excellent communication and influencing skills
5 More than 5 years solid working experience in HR & TA
6 Familiar with China labor regulations
7 Proactive, self-motivated
