• Using international best practices and evidence based standards toprovide patients high quality dental orthodontic service ( includinginvisible aligner technique, fixed appliance technique , FunctionalTherapy etc. ) preforming follow ups and rounding with clinicalleadership based on patient needs.
• Partner with Dentistry staffs and supporting teams to communicatepatient dental requirements and help identify clinical trends or bestpractices to improve dental orthodontic services
• Lead in the development of clinical orthodontic treatment policies forjunior orthodontist and patient care/assessment and follow-up care.
• Train other dental nurses and other departments on dental care andbest practices related to special clinical needs
• Collect and assess patient feedback on services to support bestpractices and continuous growth
• Cooperating with BD、Marketing teams to promote the Jiahui Dentistry brand
• Equally share call/coverage duties
• Daily inpatient ward round for his/her own patients
• Meet Standards of professional conduct and courtesy
• Appropriate code, document and submit charges in a timely manner
• Provide administrative support and committee assignments as requested
• Participate in Fellow training when requested
• Attend MAO-physicians meeting, departmental meetings, Grand Round,Committee meetings and CEO meeting when asked for
