消毒供应室护士CSSD Nurse

岗位职责:
• Ensures proper handling, sorting, cleaning and decontamination of usedarticles returned to CSSD, and cleaned instruments are properly checkedbefore packing.
• 对CSSD 的污物进行有效处理、分类、清洁和去污，封包前对清洁后的器械进行检查。
• Complies with policies and procedures in preparing surgicalinstruments for sterilization and in the decontamination process,
• 遵守制度和流程对手术器械进行消毒和去污，
• Ensure safety of practice by follow general precaution in infectioncontrol standard, to eliminate sharp injury and work exposure.
• 遵循感控标准中的预防措施，确保工作实践安全，杜绝锐伤和工作暴露。
• Ensure sufficient equipment be prepared in advance based on operationbooking list.
• 根据手术排台列表提前准备足够的手术器械设备。
• Ensure Endoscope is properly decontaminated and sterilized in timeafter each procedure.
• 确保术后及时对内镜进行有效去污和消毒。
• Maintains environmental cleanliness and all consumable and equipmentare well checked per standard request.
• 保持工作环境整洁，按照标准要求对所有耗材和设备进行严格检查。
• Ensure collecting and distribute equipment follow the correctprocedure and workflow to avoid the contamination during processing.
• 确保遵循正确的流程和工作流收集和分发设备，避免污染。
• Maintains all the documentation are accurate recorded timely and beable to trace back, assists in conducting audit and use the results toimprove the service to the end users.

• Senior nurse is responsible of coaching lower-level nurses, ensure allthe documentation are accurate and record timely

• Advanced diploma in nursing; Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
• 护理大专文凭； 本科及以上学历优先。
• Three years or more of nursing work experience preferred.
• 三年及以上护理工作经验者优先。
• Valid China registered nursing practice certificate.
• 持有效中国注册护士执业证书。
• CSSD specialty nurse certificate preferred.
• 持CSSD专科护士证书优先。
• BLS, ACLS certificate preferred.
• 持BLS、ACLS证书优先。

Skills & Knowledge:
技能与知识要求：
• Good communication skills in Chinese, proficiency in reading, writing,and speaking English is preferred.
• 良好的中文沟通能力，英语阅读、写作和口语熟练者优先。
• Adequate nursing knowledge in general, familiar with equipment needsin various of operation types.
• 护理知识扎实，熟悉各类手术的设备需求。
• Ability to operate the regular equipment in CSSD and Monitoring anddocumenting the key data
• 能够操作CSSD内常规设备，监控并记录关键数据
• Ability to select different sterilization methods for differentproducts, work productively and effectively within a complexenvironment, handle multiple/changing priorities and specialized equipment.
• 能够根据产品类型选择不同的灭菌方法，能在复杂的环境中高效工作，处理多个/不断变化的优先事项和专用设备。
• Good clinical judgment with critical thinking, analytical andproblem-solving abilities required as related to various aspects ofoperation booking.
• 根据手术预约的各方面需求，能够做出良好的临床判断并分析和解决问题。
• Keep knowledge in current trends in practice, conduct daily practicebased on SOP and workflo********
