3) 具备一线城市公立三甲医院人力资源负责人3年以上经历,公立医院优先。
Have 3 years and above experience as Head of HR in GIIIA hospital oftier one city, preferably public unit
4) 中共党员。

5) 年龄一般在50周岁以下。

岗位职责:
1)在医院管理层的领导下,全面负责医院人力资源各项工作的顺利开展。
Responsible for overall HR work under the hospital leadership
2)负责医院人员规划、配置,人力成本预算,统筹医院人事制度的制定。
In charge of people planning, manning cost and budget, HR policies
3)负责医院人力资源委员会的组织、协调、跟进等工作。
To organize, coordinate and follow up HR committee and related work
4)完成领导交办的其它工作。
To complete other tasks assigned by leadership
