DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:
Assist physicians to complete, translate and keep medical records.
Assist physicians to prepare and track GOP, collaborate with PFS oninsurance and billing communications, and follow up with patient toarrange future appointments.
Assist with the department HCRM’s online inquiry and long-termfollow-up programs for chronic disease patients.
Assist physicians with the creation and translation of thedepartment*s standard documentations, including: clinic guidelines,SOPs, consent forms, etc.
Coordinate and maintain the department schedule for specialexaminations, surgery and inpatient treatments.
Arrange and coordinate meetings and trainings.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 经验,技能及能力要求:
Professional requirements: medical background and/or healthcarerelated experience preferred.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY 语言要求:
Reading/writing medical records and documents in English
Basic oral communication with patients and other staffs in English
EDUCATION 教育背景要求:
Bachelor degree
