1.
Assist clinical departments with the formulation of departmental quality
plans based on the annual medical quality plan and in accordance with each
discipline’s quality control requirements and JCI standards. Suchquality plans
include but are not limited to departmental quality monitoring indicators,
clinical guidelines, departments* logs, etc.;

Establish the incentive-based performance evaluation system for
department*s quality control contact person, to ensure the effective
implementation of departmental quality plans;
3.
Regularly inspect the implementation of clinical quality plans and help
solve problems found in the quality control process based on departmental
quality plans and discipline*s quality control requirements;
4.
Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure the effective
feedback and correction of medical quality problems;
5.
Make improvement recommendations based on quality indicators and problems,
and assist clinical departments with the formulation and implementation of
improvement plans;
6.
Help physicians set OPPE (Ongoing Professional Performance Evaluation)
indicators, and ensure the accessibility of such indicators;
7.
Work with relevant committees on the closed-loop management of physicians
based on each individual*s OPPE data.
8.
Give advice on the medical quality monitoring system to ensure sound and
effective hospital and departmental quality management systems.
EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 经验,技能及能力要求:
§ Minimum of 3 years of
experience in healthcare setting, minimum 2 years’ experience working in
quality or accreditation.
§ Ability to use quality
improvement tools (PDCA, RCA ,6-Sigma)
§ Positive attitude at
work. Ability to manage projects and independently lead a whole project;
§ Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with alllevel of
organization.
