•Strictly follow the financial regulations and policies for cash receiptand payment, bank settlement and bank deposit management;
认真执行现金收付、银行结算及银行存款管理财经法规和制度；

•Responsible for the settlement and verification of the charging room;
负责收费室结算与核对；

•Register/check the bookkeeping of cash day and bank day every dayaccording to the financial requirements, and report the daily fundstatement to ensure that the daily and monthly statement is consistentwith the account reality;
按照财务要求，每日登记/核对现金日记账和银行日记账，每日上报资金情况表，确保日清月结和账实相符；

•Manage the bank accounts;
负责银行账户的管理；

•Manage the inventory funds;
负责库存资金的管理；

•Regularly handle the centralized payment of medical materials anddrugs, and inquire about the paid money;
定期办理医药材料及药品的集中支付，负责对已支付的款项进行查询；

•Inquire the money in transit in time, check the accounts regularly,print the account books on time, and manage binding and filing;
及时查询在途款项，定期对账，按时打印账簿，做好装订归档；

•Archive bank bills, seals, invoices, receipts, etc.;
负责银行票据、印鉴、发票、收据等的保管；

•Maintain the tax control machine and self-service payment terminal;
负责税控机以及自助缴费终端的维护；

•Manage accounting files.
负责会计档案的管理。

•Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格:
•Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, major in financial management,accounting, auditing, taxation, finance, etc.
全日制本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计、审计、税务、金融等相关专业；
•Junior accounting qualification certificate;
具有初级会计资格证书；

•At least 1 year of financial and accounting experience in medicalindustry is preferred;
具有1年以上医疗行业工作财会工作经验者优先；

•Proficient in operating various office software;
熟练操作各类办公软件；

•Fluent English communication is preferred.
英语沟通流利者优先。
