岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
- Assist Chair of Family Medicine Department to oversee the departmentoperation, including analyzing and forecasting the operational status;involvement in the operation strategy planning and afterwards executionof the approved business plans;
- In charge of marketing promotion of Family Medicine services,including but not limited to article composing in new media, designingof service packages and the afterwards promotion inside and outsidehospital, collecting and analyzing patients data and market data onacceptance level of Pediatrics & Orthopedics services etc.;
- To coordinate patient care with doctors (both internal and external),patients and all relevant parties to ensure high quality care;
- To maintain strategic relationship with external medical resources andto bring in new service development opportunities, and address any oftheir issues as needed;
- In charge of external communications and coordination for partieswithin and beyond hospital to ensure quality healthcare from marketingand admin support perspectives;
- Takes care of the administrative support issues in Family MedicineDepartment, including but not limited to meet arranging, schedulemaintaining, paper works preparation, meeting minute taking and followup actions communicating and tracking, filing etc.;
- To generate regular business reports to support management
- Physician shift scheduling;
- Other assignments by management.

Qualifications:
• Associate degree
• Previous experience in marketing communication desired
• Previous hospital experience a must
• Bilingual Chinese English a must – additional language competence a plus
• Team player and be able to work independently

• Hospital or service organization background preferable
• Market planning and market research, such as conducting market survey,intelligence information collection
