Pharmacist 药剂师

Duties and responsibilities职责和责任:
1.Work with pharmacy supervisor and manager in devising and implementingpharmacy projects and policy and procedures.
与药房主管和经理一起制定、实施药品项目的标准流程和制度；
2.In charge of special pharmacy project reporting and data collecting(i.e. QA)
负责汇报药品专项项目、收集数据(如QA)；
3.Supervise and oversee pharmacy operations in supervisor’s absence.
主管不在诊所时，代为监管药房运行秩序；
4.Review and interpret prescription orders and verify accuracy andcompleteness of patient labeling and pharmacy system before dispensemedication to patients;
负责核对病人处方和标签的准确性及完整性，确保发药准确；
5.Evaluate and resolve real or potential prescription related problemsand provide patient consultation on prescription and OTC medications;
评估和解决真实或潜在的处方相关问题，并为病人提供处方和非处方药的咨询；
6.Establish a pharmaceutical care practice in conjunction withphysicians and other care providers.
与医生和其他护理团队建立良好的药房服务体系；
7.Follow and understand all pharmacy policies and relevant hospitalpolicies.
了解药房政策和相关的医院政策，履行职责；
8.Doing periodic inventory check, checking for expired medications, andperforming monthly narcotic inventory.
定期盘点、检查过期药物，每月盘点麻醉药品的库存情况；
9.Assist in completion of mail and internet pharmacy orders.
协助完成邮件和互联网药房订单；
10.Other tasks assigned from supervisor or manager.
其他药房相关工作。

Qualification and requirements资格和要求:
1.Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy, holding the PharmacistLicense and Director Pharmacist License;
全日制药学专业毕业，持有药师、主管药师证;
2.At least 3 years of work experience in a pharmacy (community orhospital) setting;
至少3年在药房（社区或医院）的工作经验;
3.Be able to perform the pharmacy duties independently;
能够独立完成药学职责;
4.Good communication skills in English and Chinese;
良好的中英文沟通能力；
5.Knowledge of government laws pertaining to drugs, narcotics andpharmacy practice.
了解与药品、麻醉品和药学相关的政府法律。
