Duties and responsibilities
• Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
• Assist with license alternation for OB& Family-planning physicianand midwife.
• Responsible for notification and organization for OB & Pediatricdepartment for qualification training and license verify.
• Governmental information system maintenance and management.
• Assist with OB Safety Office routine work and Birth Certificate management.
• Assist with ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) quality managementoffice routine work and quality improvement.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements and qualifications
• Previous working experience as an Office Coordinator
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar relevantfield, BS in healthcare related major strongly preferred.
• Applicable knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and officemanagement systems and procedures
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Multi-tasking aptitude
