Responsibilities:
Source and recruit top talents who match with the roles in which theywill be most successful, and achieve hiring goals to support business growth.
Communicate effectively with hiring team for overall readiness ofevery hiring request, manage the interview effectiveness.
Provide efficient and exclusive candidate experience from applicationstage to offering.
Effectively build up talent pipeline through sourcing strategies,industry and competitor analysis, and networking opportunities.
Act as a subject matter expert on all recruiting related activities to clients.
Stand out as ambassador of Jiahui value proposition to generateimpacts in market.
Acting as HR business partner to develop & executeorganization-level HR strategies to align structure, culture &talent with business goals.
Provide strategic counsel, feedback, and coaching to relativedepartments on a broad range of issues including business strategy,process, and all people related activities.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and/or business partnering
Professional proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven abilityto build strong relationships with clients, candidates and partners
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, unstructured environment while alsoworking independently
Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness, teamdynamics, leadership development, and management and leadership effectiveness
Experience in recruiting of healthcare professionals related is preferred
