工作职责：
•Work with project leadership to define project scope and developapproach; the project types include real-world insights, real-worlddata-based commercial model for pharmaceutical companies, etc; •Conduct issue analysis and develop hypotheses on the key client issues;• Lead project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing projectdata and coordinating team meetings; • Lead market insights andconsulting project team and RD team to develop advanced algorithms thatsolve client’s problems with large scale of real-world data • Exploreto embed new technology to solve client’s business challenges • Designand execute qualitative andor quantitative analyses as thesupplementation of real-world data analysis to test and analyzehypotheses; • Synthesize findings, develop recommendations andcommunicate results to clients and internal teams; • Provide thoughtleadership and innovation within projects and industry; • Participatein business development; • Coach and mentor junior team members.

任职资格：
•5-6 years of relevant management consulting work experience • MBA withbachelor's (and often graduate) degrees with a strong academic record inbusiness, economics, marketing, physical or life sciences, engineering,applied math, or related fields. Alternately, candidates may possess aPhD in marketing, economics or related field with a businessapplication. In lieu of an MBA or PhD, 5-6 years of relevant consultingwork experience may substitute; • Up to 3 years of post-MBA relevantwork experience, and 3-5 years of pre-MBA work experience; • Highmotivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative; •Analytic problem solving skills, with a creative and innovative outlook;• Relevant programming or data analytics experience is a plus (e.g.PythonRSQL); • Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, leading and managingteams; • Effective oral and written communication skills that enablepersonal impact with senior-level decision makers; • Strong attentionto detail, with a quality-focused mindset; • Client serviceorientation.
