岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
1. Implement quality improvement and healthcare compliance, includingcollecting and analyzing managerial and clinical indicators, preparationand presentation of reports, managing performance improvement projects, etc.
2. Help physicians set OPPE (Ongoing Professional PerformanceEvaluation) indicators, and ensure the accessibility of such indicators;
3. Assist with department leaders in writing and developing policies,plans and programs that are compliant with JCI standards and domesticregulations and standards. Further refinements of whole hospitaldocumentation management.
4. Conduct internal audit to ensure compliance with JCI and domesticregulatory compliance under supervision.
5. Participate in JCI accreditation preparation.
6. Any other tasks as assigned by the Manager of Quality & Safety
任职资格:
Qualifications:
1. University graduate(Bachelor Degree)
2. Minimum 2 years hospital administration experience
3. Clinical qualifications are preferred
Skills:
1. Good English skills in writing, speaking, listening and reading.
2. Good communicate and interpersonal skills and ability to work withall level of organization.
3. Strong proficiency in using office software such as MS Word, PPT,Excel and etc.
Knowledge:
1. Interest and passion in healthcare, quality and compliance.
2. Knowledge on international standard/accreditation, such as JCI, ACHS,ISO, and etc.
3. Knowledge on local governmental laws and regulations, HB Regulations& inspections
