Pharmacy Resident (009389)

岗位职责:
Rotational shifts within these tasks:
Pharmacy purchasing and stock management
1. Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensuring adequate supply
2. Daily purchase orders and returns
3. Stock shelves
4. Keep track of expiration date of medications
5. Perform weekly payment requisitions
6. Participate in periodic stock check.
7. Maintain cleanliness of the pharmacy and stock room.

IV Admixture Room (IVAR):
1. Under the supervision and upon completion of validation protocols,compound daily intravenous medicines in IVAR
2. Daily and periodical deep cleaning of biological hoods and IVAR
3. Maintain and manage medicines and consumables inventory and expirydates at IVAR

In Patient Pharmacy:
1. Daily in patient medication replenishment at the ward
2. Injectable meds inventory top up and labeling

Out Patient Pharmacy:
1. Prepare medicines packed by pharmacist in Trak
2. Replenish non-injectable meds shelves including OTC
3. Assist pharmacist in settling the daily Fill-on-arrival meds
4. Responsible for receiving and transferring of phone calls

Other tasks:
1. Assist in compounding extemporaneous preparation.
2. Work as a team in the Pharmacy Department
3. Vaccine procurement from CDC
4. Special pharmacy projects as assigned by pharmacy manager
任职资格:
Qualification:
Pharmacy degree graduates with keen interest in pursuing hospitalpharmacist career in United Family Healthcare system
Skills and Competence:
1. Window Office: Word, Excel
2. Fluency in English language, Chinese is a plus
3. Pro-active and versatile to adapt to different sets of tasks
4. Good customer service
5. Motivated and efficient work attitude
6. Good interpersonal skill
7. Meticulous and hardworking
