Product portfolio management/ Life cycle management
- Develop sales / marketing materials including product promotionfolder, local case study in cooperation with Senior Product Specialistand Modality Manager
- Train Sales and dealers to ensure sales force efficiency
- Provide regular internal trainings on product knowledge, applicationand competition to sales and dealers
- Identify the key differentiating arguments of products and introducethem to customers in cooperation with the Sales and dealer channel bycommunicating with the Senior Product Specialist/ Modality Manager
- Learn user application knowledge to leverage product benefits
- Support the launching of new products on preparation of productmaterials and promotional activities
Market analysis
- Collect and update market and competitive information as an input toDräger marketing strategy
- Collect and analyze feedback from field operations (Sales, Service)and provide the most realistic market picture as much as possible incooperation with the Senior Product Specialist/ Modality Manager
Commercial tasks
- Provide support on market/ product analysis in terms of strategy andtechnical specification to Sales team in tendering
- Communicate big project / must-win project to Regional Sales Manager /Director Sales and Service, in cooperation with the Senior ProductSpecialist/ Modality Manager
Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management
- Collect and identify potential / arising KOLs, and transferinformation to AMM / MM
- Work with identified KOLs as Dräger advocacy on marketing activities
Promotional activities
- Participate and support external marketing activities for assignedproduct portfolio, such as seminars, exhibitions, key customer visitsetc.
- Support Dräger initiated marketing activities, such as key customerevents, Dräger product trainings, product launch events, speaker tours,Dräger Academy trainings
- Support online promotional activities by providing contents incooperation with Communications & Sales Marketing Specialist andDigital Marketing Manager
- Support the activities in Dräger reference site / DDC
Local regulation / compliance
- Has basic understanding of Enterprise advertisement law / local /state regulation
- Comply with Draeger compliance process (check with Cindy about thetraining for sales, service and marketing)
