Clinical Research Manager (上海/北京/广州/成都）

The Clinical Research Manager is
• Accountable for delivering the committed part of all clinicalinterventional studies under their supervision according to agreedresources, budget and timelines complying with AZ Procedural Documents,international guidelines such as ICH and GCP as well as relevant localregulations.
• As line manager for CRA and Sr. CRA, accountable for peopledevelopment, building and maintaining a strong CRA team.
• Accountable for co-monitoring, coaching, and proper training to CRAsto ensure their competency and capability to meet business needs.
• Accountable for study resource allocation in alignment with internaland external benchmark.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• University degree in biological science or healthcare-related field,or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years experience in Clinical Operations (CRA / Sr. CRA /LSM) or other related fields.
• Proven team building and people/organizational development skills.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Good ability to learn and to adapt to work with IT systems.
