职责描述：
企业医疗顾问主要负责企业健康医疗的咨询等服务。在IBM全球健康服务框架下，参与体系、项目等的设计、开发、改进、促进和执行等。开展预防、健康促进、慢病管理、病例管理、紧急危机管理等服务，结合医疗、心理、安全、环境、社会健康，提升群体健康。利用数据和数据分析，洞察健康风险，开展结果为导向的可测量价值健康项目和活动。
Your Role and Responsibilities
The Occupational Physician is responsible for providing occupationalhealth services to the company.

Services required include management consultation and advice onoccupational health issues, emergency medical response oversight, adviceon clinical issues to staff, travel health advice, counsel onadministration of company policies, programs and practices related tothe health and safety of employees.

The Occupational physician also identifies emerging health issues atwork and takes the lead role in coordinating complex health basedprojects at company locations.

The Occupational Physician assists in analyzing, evaluating, modifyingand improving existing programs and procedures and assists with thedevelopment and implementation of new health and wellness programs and tools.

2.至少1-3年健康医疗有关工作经验
3.英语听说读写能力好

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Requires a recognized university degree in Medicine, Public Health, orHealth/Medical related.
Licensed or certified as required by country laws.
Fluent in speaking and writing English.
Good computer skills
Requires a minimal of 1-3 years of related work experience.
Articulate with good communication skills.
